Please use this form to request a replacement unit for Hamilton Beach products that are under warranty. Hamilton Beach brands also include, Proctor Silex, Wolf, Weston & Chi.

Sorry to say we are not able to offer warranty replacement on Microwaves, Water coolers and fridges/freezers. Please call 1-800-968-9853  for support on these items.

This form can only be used for products purchased and shipped inside Canada.

If you are making a claim for products bought from Amazon, we will not be able to support products shipped from outside of Canada.

We can only provide warranty support on new products.

Warranty Replacement Shipping Information

Please note that we are unable to cover shipping costs for warranty replacements. As an independent retailer based in Cookstown, Ontario, our role is to serve as a convenient pickup location for Hamilton Beach warranty claims while also showcasing our in-store product selection. Hamilton Beach partners with retailers across the country to facilitate warranty claims, but they do not provide us with financial support for shipping.
